RRA "Crimea-Perspective" was established in December 1999 under the support of Eurasia Foundation.

The mission of the organization is assistance to Crimean NGOs. The project of Regional Resource Agency "Crimea-Perspective" was prepared together with the Center for Ethno-Social Research. The same Resource Centers are working in 14 towns of Ukraine and are united into the League of Resource Centers.

The main purposes of the organization:

- Search and accumulation of finance, intellectual, organization resources for the development and promotion of Crimean NGOs' network;

- Provision of free assistance to organizations and persons in fundraising practice, possibility of education abroad, foreign study visits and studying in Ukraine;

- Cooperation with international charity foundations, embassies, education and scientific organizations in order to have the possibility of education abroad, conduct of join activity;

- Conduct of political, social and scientific research on social and humanitarian issues in the Crimea.

- Legal and judicial support of NGOs, Mass Media, human rights protection;

- Organization and conduct of exhibitions, competitions, and other social activity.

- Organization of charitable cultural-health, entertaining and information activity;

- Development of an open civil society through the NGOs infrastructure in the Crimea;

- Increase the level of knowledge about social projects management, conduct of seminars and trainings;

- Organization of different programs that assist peaceful coexistence of Crimean peoples and conflict prevention measures.
